- If requesting a new battery bank, advise if you have an existing battery rack or if a new rack is needed. If a new rack is needed, please provide a reference to the limiting dimensions of your installation space or the preferred battery arrangement for the intended battery rack that the installer has requested. Also advise if a standard non-seismic rack or a seismic zone rated rack is needed.
