IMPORTANT WHEN REQUESTING A PROPOSAL OR QUOTE: For expedient responses, provide your complete information needed to present a proper and timely proposal or quote. In your request’s message field, be sure to include the following information:
- First and last name
- Company name and physical address
- Shipping address
- Shipment receiving method (receiving dock, commercial lift gate, special delivery)
- If requesting a new battery bank, advise if you have an existing battery rack or if a new rack is needed. If a new rack is needed, provide the max limit dimensions of your installation space or the preferred battery arrangement info, and advise if a standard non-seismic rack or a seismic zone rated rack is needed.
